Description	:	A white border, real photo postcard of the IT Depot at a time of high water from the flooding Mississippi River. The boxcar to the very right in the photo is of the Chicago, Peoria & St. Louis Railroad, and the boxcar's number is 400. This shot is at the very end of the Alton to Grafton line of the IT.
