Description	:	A great view of Macoupin Street with a southbound IT car approaching the depot, which would be on the right hand side of the street as you view the card, but the depot would be to the photographer's back. An artist's touch up removed the over head wires and the poles. The trolley pole, you will note, connects to nothing but air. The Gilbert Post Card Company of Chicago produced the card, and it is numbered 2116. (Skip Gatermann Collection.)
